The Pied Piper of Downing Street; Rishi Sunak Insists on Dressing Up When Not In Parliament.

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak

Rishi Sunak insists on dressing up and the fictional character the Pied Piper whenever he is not required in Parliament, sources close to Downing Street have told us.

“It’s quite unsettling, as soon as his ministerial duties are complete for the day he shoots off to the nearest cupboard to put his outfit on. He has the full get-up, tights, hat and flute as well” an anonymous source reported.

Sources have told The Daily Horace Sunak ‘prances’ around the parliamentary buildings for hours at a time blowing his flute “very loudly and in no sort of tune”.

Other Members of Parliament have reported catching him putting crushed-up rich tea biscuits in their coat pockets when he thought they weren’t looking.

Rebecca Dewson, a cleaner in the House of Commons said ‘We have tried to ask him to stop but whenever anyone approaches him about the subject he rounds his shoulders, hisses, and scurries off muttering “money money I’ll take all your money”.’

The Daily Horace is currently monitoring this situation and updates will be issued as and when developments occur.
